Bordeaux Dinner with two special guests!

Join us for a special five-course dinner featuring the cuisine of Chef Nate Roberts paired with the wines of perhaps the most famous wine region in the world – Bordeaux! Joining us will be not one, but TWO special guest hosts: Laura Meyers-Landoll, our local Master Sommelier Candidate (Level III), as well as Jules Martin, Sales Manager for Aquitaine Imports, direct from Bordeaux, France to our table!

This dinner is RESERVATION ONLY, but only $59 all inclusive for a five course dinner. We will welcome guests with a wine and light bite at 6:00 pm before sitting down to dinner at 6:30. Mindful of your time and the Monday school night, we should have you home by 9:00 pm! Reservations can ONLY be made by calling Dilly at (513) 561-5233. Space is limited!

1st) Calvet Cremant de Bordeaux Brut Rose
Watercress Salad with Pomegranate, Goat Cheese, Shaved Fennel and a Blackberry Vinaigrette
2nd) Le Sec Rayne Vigneau Bordeaux Blanc
Seared Scallops with a Tarragon Carrot Puree, Thyme Oil, Lemon Beurre Monte, and Julienne Veg Garnish
3rd) Chateau Blaignan 2012 Rouge
Spiced Duck Breast with White Cheddar Bechamel, Duck Fat Frites, Redwine Peppercorn Reduction
4th) Chateau La Chappell de Meyney 2011 Rouge
Braised Short Rib with Chestnut Bordelaise, Lentils, Mushrooms and Kale
5th) Chateau Saint Andre-Corbin 2014 Rouge
Assorted Cheese Selection with Fig Jam, Tarragon Dijon, and Balsamic Red Wine Reduction
