Owner and Winemaker Christof Hõpler of Austria’s Hõpler Winery is familiar to many, he has made frequent trips to the Queen City and has been a huge supporter and annual exhibitor at the Cincinnati International Wine Festival for years. Add to that he’s a great guy, and a good time is always had when Christof is around!

Christof Hõpler returns to town in early June and we are excited to welcome him to Dilly for an informal Wine Maker’s Brunch (on the patio?) on Saturday, June 2nd at 11:00 am. This will not be as big or as opulent as our Graziano Brunch last March (for those that were there), rather five courses paired with Christof’s red and white wines that are designed to jump-start and launch your day rather than consume it! From the affordable and friendly Pannonica blends (White, Red, and Rosé), to the crisp whites (Pinot Blanc, Riesling, and the Grüner Veltliner) to the elegant Pinot Noirs, Christof’s wines are meant to be enjoyed with food and company. We’ll have both!

Wines are being tasted and the menu is being crafted, we’ll post it here when it is finalized. BUT this event has limited seating and we fully expect all those seats to be snapped up before the menu is announced! Price for the brunch is a mere $45 per person, all inclusive, five courses with paired wines, all tax and gratuity, even parking, all included! Weather permitting we will be OUTSIDE on the patio.
