One of the most talented and professional singer/songwriters around is Johnny Delagrange.  His unique baritone vocals and current takes on classics by the likes of Tom Petty, James Taylor, Billy Joel, Elton John, Johnny Cash and many others will make you want to tap your toes and sing-a-long.  He is known to sprinkle in a few originals as well which shows his aptitude for songwriting.  The best part is he is never too loud, so while you enjoy his performance conversation can still be had during your dining experience.
