Graziano Winemaker’s Brunch

An annual tradition, Mendocino wine maker Gregory Graziano returns to Dilly for the 8th (!) time on Sunday, March 11th to close out Cincinnati Wine Festival weekend with – let’s face it! – an excessive, opulent, over the top brunch pairing Greg’s wines with Chef Nate and his team’s innovative dishes!

We have chosen new wines to feature at this year’s brunch from Greg’s wide range of offerings! We will also be featuring brand new releases of the 2017 Pinot Noir Rose and Vermentino, and the debut of the newly released 2011 Brut Rose sparkling after five years en tirage in Greg’s cellar. Nate and his team are imagining dishes to bring out the best of the wines, and as the menu is finalized it will be revealed here. Greg is represented by a brand new distributor this year and this will be his first weekend in town with the new team.

Pricing remains an absolute steal for such a lavish presentation, just $55 per person ALL INCLUSIVE, which means all taxes, gratuity, even parking are included! The welcome time is 11:00 am, but be aware that this is the morning Eastern DAYLIGHT Time starts, so don’t forget to Spring FORWARD your clocks!

Reservations are necessary and MUST be made by calling Dilly at (513) 561-5233. “Like” and “Going” on Facebook does not count! As in the past couple of years, we expect the entire restaurant to fill up, and we will be closed to regular lunch service until re-opening at 5:00pm for regular evening service.
